In this day and age, it is rare to be impressed by customer service however, Military Fasteners has far exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to help ensure an important package delivery on time, and they made a little boys Christmas sweeter in the process. Thank you to the team there for your wonderful help. I needed a voltage regulator as soon as possible to get a school plane back up. I wasnt able to call in the order until right at the cut-off time. I asked to PLEASE try to get the order shipped that day, and she did. Thank you very much!!
